Hi, my name is Wendi Luther and I was born and raised right here in Morrill, Maine. After spending time attending college in New Hampshire, I began a family and enjoyed many years homeschooling my children. Being physically active and part of a team is very important to me. I enjoy playing soccer, volleyball, softball, working out, reading and traveling with my husband and three children. I have spent several summers at a residential camp for low income children holding various positions, all of which involved sharing my passion for life with teenagers from all walks of life. It was there that I realized I enjoy every aspect of communicating effectively with teenagers.

As the Frye manager at Ironwood, the opportunities to do just that are boundless. The animals being such an intricate part of the program open wonderful conversations about leading, guiding, responsibility and our investment in others. I love working at this unique residential treatment center and being able to take an active part in the growth and change that each child experiences here at Ironwood.
