Hello, my name is Jessica Small and I am a behavioral specialist at Ironwood, Residential Treatment Center. I have lived in Maine my entire life and enjoy all that this beautiful state has to offer! I received my bachelor’s degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism from the University of Maine in Orono, and I am pursuing a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.

I have been working in the behavioral health field for more than nine years and am inspired by the growth and progress I see in teens at Ironwood. I love sharing my passion for the wilderness and nature with our teens. I have never been witness to such a comprehensive, nurturing, supportive, and powerful program as Ironwood. I feel as though I am privileged to be part of such a wonderful place and a life-changing team!
